A Desire To Serve
Gary Rackley had the desire to serve his community. The only thing bigger than his captivating personality was his heart. He not only wanted to offer a quality product, but also his desire was to be a positive influence in the lives of those he served, the community, and the industry. He founded and operated Arrack Construction Inc (then Arrack Roofing) on those principles.

Gary was an active member of the community and the business. He encouraged others and included his family, instilling the value of working hard and being a "man" of your word. That is precisely what you will find at Arrack - an honest, hard-working team. Their dedication is not only to serve well but to listen and value each client and every project. The trucks still carry the slogan that inspired Gary Rackley and many others along the way.

Christian Johnson, Arrack CEO, is no stranger to the business. As a young boy accompanying his grandfather was a highlight and an adventure. He was delighted to step into the business and eventually into leadership. He has the same desire to serve as well as his desire to offer the best quality and workmanship.
